Chann Bounthen

I started work at SAMBAT Finance as a Credit Officer 2 years ago. My main tasks are to promote loans, assess loan applications and solve loan recovery problems. The Management at SAMBAT Finance has many years of experience in the Banking and Finance industry and they always encourage staff to work hard. What motivates me the most is the good working environment where the management and staff from all levels treat each other like a family. We help each other and enjoy working as a team. Remarkably, staff are treated with utmost respect and also rewarded with exciting opportunities such as going on both local and overseas trips. In particular, SAMBAT Finance has provided me financial support to further my study at a university to build up my knowledge.

ខ្ញុំមានតួនាទីជាមន្រ្តីជាន់ខ្ពស់ផ្នែកឥណទាននៅសម្បត្តិ ហ្វាយនែនរយៈពេល២ឆ្នាំមកហើយ។ ការងារខ្ញុំរាល់ថ្ងៃគឺជួយផ្សព្វផ្សាយផលិតផលកម្ចី សិក្សាវាយតម្លៃទៅលើកម្ចីរបស់អតិថិជននិងដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាកម្ចីរបស់អតិថិជន។ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៅសម្បត្តិ ហ្វាយនែនមានបទពិសោធន៍ច្រើនឆ្នាំលើវិស័យធនាគារនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ហើយតែងតែលើកទឹកចិត្តបុគ្គលិកអោយធ្វើការបានល្អ។ អ្វីដែលជំរុញចិត្តខ្ញុំអោយបំរើការងារនៅសម្បត្តិ ហ្វាយនែនរហូតមកដល់សព្វថ្ងៃនេះគឹដោយសារបរិយាកាសការងារល្អ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនិងបុគ្គលិកមានការស្រលាញ់រាប់អានគ្នាតាំងពីថ្នាក់លើរហូតមកដល់ថ្នាក់ក្រោម។ យើងសហការគ្នា ជួយគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកដោយមិនប្រកាន់វណ្ណៈអ្វីឡើយ។ បុគ្គលិកទាំងអស់ត្រូវបានថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំផ្តល់តម្លៃហើយថែមទាំងផ្តល់ឱកាសបានទៅចូលរួមការធ្វើដំណើរកំសាន្តទាំងក្នុងប្រទេសនិងក្រៅប្រទេសថែមទៀត ផង។ អ្វីដែលកាន់តែពិសេសទៅទៀតនោះ សម្បត្តិ ហ្វាយនែនបានផ្តល់ជាអាហារូបករណ៍ដល់ខ្ញុំអោយរៀនបន្ថែមទៀតនៅមហាវិទ្យាល័យដើម្បីពង្រីកចំណេះដឹងនិងសមត្ថភាពខ្ញុំអោយកាន់តែខ្លាំងដើម្បីជួយដល់ស្ថាប័ន។
