Credit Officer Trainee (10 Positions)
Job Description
Credit officer Trainee is a role to learn perform operation in villages to facilitate the process of credit application for customers and building relationship between SAMBAT Finance and local authority at all levels. Moreover, this role is also responsible for learning field feedback collection and submits to credit department for designing new operation strategies.
Training 1-2 months and after evaluation, can be Credit Officer with SAMBAT Finance.

Responsibility

- សិក្សាពីការប្រើប្រាស់ទម្រង់គំរូកម្ចី និងការបំពេញព័ត៌មាន
- ចុះតំបន់ប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយមន្ត្រីឥណទានដើម្បីសិក្សាពីវាយតម្លៃអតិថិជនដែលស្នើកម្ចី
- សិក្សាពីការបង្កើត និងបង្កើនទំនាក់ទំនងអតិថិជននៅក្នុងតំបន់ ប្រតិបត្តិការ
- សិក្សាពីនិតិវិធីផ្សព្វផ្សាយផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្ម របស់ស្ថាប័នការងារផ្សេងៗតាមការចាត់ចែងរបស់អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រង។
Job Qualifications
- ជានិស្សិតចាប់ពីឆ្នាំទី១ឡើង ឬបញ្ចប់បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកធនាគារ និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ទីផ្សារ គ្រប់គ្រង ឬការសិក្សាដែលមានតម្លៃស្មើ
- មានទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ និងការតាំងចិត្តធ្វើការងារខ្ពស់
- ឧស្សាហ៍ព្យាយាម និងមានភាពស្មោះត្រង់
- មានចំណេះដឹងកុំព្យូទ័រជាមូលដ្ឋាន
