SAMBAT Finance Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Chan Vichet Law Group to Enhance Legal Services

30 October, 2025, Phnom Penh — SAMBAT Finance is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Chan Vichet Law Group, a leading legal service provider known for its expertise in litigation and corporate law.
The signing ceremony took place today at SAMBAT HQ, and was graced by the presence of His Excellency Senator General Neang Phat, a prominent member of the Senate (Cambodia), and Chairman of Commission on Interior, National Defense, Civil Service and Border Affairs.
This strategic partnership aims to strengthen the legal framework of SAMBAT Finance and provide comprehensive legal support to its operations.
During the ceremony, Harvey Poh, Managing Director of SAMBAT Finance, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership. “We are thrilled to collaborate with Chan Vichet Law Group, a firm renowned for its expertise in litigation and corporate law. This agreement will enable us to navigate the evolving legal landscape more effectively and better serve our clients while ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.”
