Seng Sopheap

My name is Seng Sopheap. I live with my family in Praek Thom Village, Kbal Koh Commune, Chbar Ampov District, Phnom Penh. I currently own a grocery shop selling all kinds of goods including rice. I was introduced to SAMBAT Finance by Mr. Rith (he is my neighbor). I have been a customer of SAMBAT Finance since 2019 when I first applied for a loan to expand my business.

Before getting the business loan from SAMBAT Finance, I only have enough working capital to stock up 10 bags of rice for sale to my customers.  With the business loan from SAMBAT Finance, I am now able to increase my rice stocks up to 20 bags, equal to 1 ton, for sale. My standard of living has improved significantly since I started using the business loan from SAMBAT Finance as I am able to earn more income from my grocery shop now.  My experience with SAMBAT Finance has been excellent especially the customer service team who was so friendly and helpful when I came to apply for my business loan. The customer service team explained the whole loan application process very clearly to me and the entire process from submission of loan application to loan disbursement only took 3 business days.  Loan repayment is also very convenient as I can pay using the payment channel services such as WING or True money.
